Dear Alice & Marco,
I thought i needed to send you a mail to let you have some feed back about our trip to the Nun's valley on 12th December.
I am a coach driver and tour guide in Tenerife and thought the whole trip was excellent and very professional, the driver Miguel was five minutes early at the pick up point, which is always a good start, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and took us on a wonderful excursion, he is a great ambassador for the company.
We will be back to Madeira in the future and will definitely use your company again and will be recommending your tours to our friends and on cruise web sites.
Thank you for making our short stay in Madeira so enjoyable.

I went on the East tour with Bruno, October 14th and on the West tour with Patricia on October 15th, both very interesting excursions and a special thanks to Alice for her efforts!
I will be back in spring 2012 with my wife and some friends. Sure I will contact Madeira Happy Tours on beforehand to decide about new trips...

My friends and I found the South Tour most interesting and enjoyable.
Happy Tours gave us a wonderful day out with a knowledgeable driver, who gave clear commentaries in both English and German.
The 4 course meal offered, although not included in the price, was well worth the extra euros.

We visited an assortment of interesting places and passed through spectacular scenery.

Having booked with Madeira Happy Tours on previous occasions, we were delighted to find that a new tour had been added to their comprehensive programme and were not disappointed with our half day visit to Santo da Serra market and gardens.
It was interesting to see the varied fruits, vegetables, flowers, plants and livestock on sale.
In addition we enjoyed the fantastic views and places of interest especially the huge statue of Christ at Garajau.

Dear Mr. Marco,
We were given your name at the desk when staying at the 'Melia Mare' recently.
During our stay in September we had a very memorable day with Sergio visiting the East of the island.
Nothing was too much trouble; his commentary and wealth of knowledge of your island was fascinating. He created so much interest for us, his guests for the day, that no one wanted the outing to finish - even though he had given a great deal more of his time than we all had expected.
Our thanks to Sergio for giving us some wonderful memories and towards the end of our day when he talked about the wonderful family Christmas you all have, we are left wishing we are there!
Our third visit to your wonderful island, once again meeting you lovely people. We shall return and, when we do, we shall go out with you again!

We have just completed our third trip in a week, we enjoyed them all very much, thank you Marco and our drivers and guides. However today there were 3 different nationalities on the tour French, German and English, we enjoyed the other trips better with just one language being spoken.
We have now done the Nun's valley and East tour in the last week, looking forward to tomorrow to the North tour.
Our drivers/guides have been very good as has the company in the bus.
I've passed on your name to a few other people. Thanks Marco and next time in Madeira we will be back.
